On July 30, Hebei Foreign Studies University (HISU) and Harding University held a video conference on cooperation negotiation, which was attended by West Ling, President and Anson Ye, Deputy Director of the Institute of Sino-America Studies of HARTING University; and representatives from HISU including Chen Wei, Vice President, Wang Yunli, Deputy Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Division, deans of School of English including Li Xiaoliang in charge of International Administration, Gao Zhihuai in charge of International Teaching, and Li Ruisi in charge of business affairs and Geng Suqing in charge of foreign affairs.


The two sides had a detailed discussion on courses and teachers involved in the "Joint Undergraduate and Graduate Program on Pedagogy" and reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation. Targeted at English, French, Spanish, Pedagogy, Art and other majors, this program is designed to offer more international platforms for students to develop in various fields.
