The national cooperation base refers to various institutional carriers such as science and technology parks, scientific research institutes, institutions of higher learning, science and technology enterprises, and international technology transfer centers that have been recognized by the provincial science and technology department as having a good foundation for international cooperation and a strong ability for international cooperation, and whose cooperation contents conform to the key areas and main directions determined by the national and provincial science and technology development plans.
Hebei International Studies university will rely on the "Hebei International Technology Transfer Center" approved by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the 2107-mu demonstration area for the integration of production and education, the international high-end technology transfer incubator with a total construction area of 102,000 square meters and the reception hall for foreign high-end experts to continuously contribute to the opening and cooperation of scientific and technological innovation capability, accelerate the construction of the province's international scientific and technological cooperation platform system, and give full play to the leading and exemplary role of the international scientific and technological cooperation base.
