Hebei Foreign Studies University and RUSSIAN-TAJIK SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY of the Republic of Tajikistan successfully launched an international cooperation network conference On August 11, 2020.
Dr. Yang Zhen, Assistant to the President and Vice President of Hebei Foreign Studies University, Wang Yunli, Deputy Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Li Li, Executive Dean of Internationalization of the Eurasian Language Institute, Song Yu, Executive Dean of Internationalization of the School of Media, and Deputy of RUSSIAN-TAJIK SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY. The principal umed and the director of the Oriental Language Department liu attended this video conference.
First of all, Vice President Yang Zhen, on behalf of Academician Sun Jianzhong, Chairman and President of Hebei Foreign Studies University, expressed his greetings to the President of RUSSIAN-TAJIK SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY and introduced the overall situation, internationalization achievements, and discipline construction of Hebei Foreign Studies University. Subsequently, the vice president of RUSSIAN-TAJIK SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY Umed also introduced the basic situation of RUSSIAN-TAJIK SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY and sincerely invited the leaders of our school to participate in the 25th anniversary celebration of RUSSIAN-TAJIK SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY next year.
At the meeting, the two parties conducted exchanges and discussions on the construction of the Russian language major, the introduction of Tajik teachers, and the development of the Chinese language major. The two parties started negotiations on cooperation projects such as dual undergraduate degrees and promotion of academic qualifications with the two majors of Russian and journalism as the starting point.
At the end of the meeting, Vice President Yang Zhen said that Russia-Tajikistan Slav University is the first university that Hebei Foreign Studies University has cooperated with in Tajikistan. Hebei Foreign Studies University in tajikistan has the first good partner and looks forward to the future leaders in shijiazhuang or dushanbe on face-to-face communication.
Introduction to Russia-Tajk SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY
The Russian-Tajikslav University, established in 1996, is a public university in Tajikistan and the first inter-state institution of higher education in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation. Satorov Abdujabbor Satorovich, director of the Academy of Educational Sciences of the Russian Federation, formerly served as the headmaster of the school. There are six schools in the University: The School of History and International Relations, the School of Management and Information Technology, the School of Journalism and Media Technology, the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Economics and the School of Law. About 6,000 students are studying at the university, 4,000 of whom are full-time. A Tajik Slav University in Russia maintains contractual relations with more than 157 foreign universities from cis countries, Europe, Asia and the Americas. As of December 2019, the total number of foreign citizens studying in the RTSU is 574, representing 13 countries around the world.
